Our History
Church 180 was founded when in 1988; Pastor Mike Webb, his wife Mary and their two daughters were sent from the Door Church in Tucson, Arizona, to start a new work in the Toronto area. They began seeing God pour out His Spirit as they began to preach the Gospel and, over the years, have seen an incredible work of God established. Church 180 has maintained a thriving, multicultural church focused on discipleship and church planting. Church 180 has planted several "baby" churches throughout the GTA & Ontario and, in May of 2022, became an international bible conference centre.
In October of 2022, Church 180 bid a fond farewell to our founding pastors as they prepared to move back to Arizona and welcomed Pastor Gene & Cheryl LaValley as our new senior pastors. We continue to stay connected to our fellowship, Christian Fellowship Ministries and strive towards disciple-making, church planting & world evangelism.
